1, First of all we will make the picture, which need to be printed, into the computer and use PS or CAD to handle the print size of the picture briefly.
2, Clean up the surface of the material that need to print, to keep the material’s surface clean. Method to remove the dirty is: wipe the material surface with clean and smooth cloth, can not come back and forth to avoid scratching the surface of the material.
3, And then spray a layer of coating on the surface of the material. As the material surface is smooth, it is easy to wipe off the ink if not sprayed , so you need to spray the surface coating, to enhance the adhesion of ink, so that the image can be clear and beautiful.
4, After all above has been done, before starting printing pictures, you must first see whether the ceramic printer is normal or not. When the print is complete, check the effect of the printing, if there is drawing and exposing white edge, etc., check why the problem happen, print after the exclusion.
