In the daily work of UV printers, the role of moisturizing function is very important, when the equipment stops working, the moisture can prevent the nozzle clogging, while moisturizing function can also extend the life of the nozzle and to prevent the nozzle inside the residual ink coagulation cause clogging. DACEN introduce the adjustment steps of the UV printer moisturizing function for everyone:
1, adjust the height of the nozzle, to move the nozzle to the position of cleaning, observe whether the front and back sides of the nozzle are aligned with the front and back sides of the suction pad. If there is no neat, can move back and forth, the cleaning device is aligned and fixed. This step can also be performed under shutdown conditions.
2, In the power-on state, move the nozzle to the position of cleaning device to observe whether the left and right sides of the nozzle are aligned with the left and right sides of the ink pad, to observe the X coordinate value of the upper and lower ends of the software and to record it, or move x multiple times, after the alignment position, to record the movement values of X.
3, In the movement of the printing software, the recorded value enter into the moisturizing position X.
4, close the UV flatbed printer, click “move to the moisturizer”.
