A. daily maintenance
Note: because the nozzle itself is very precise, maintenance must be paid enough attention to.
1. press the press, print the nozzle status chart, to ensure the same as the state diagram of yesterday's shutdown, photo upload (must clear), if the situation in ti me contact with the technical department of Dacen;
2. after 3-4 hours, the status diagram must be printed to ensure that it is used in the same state as the fresh boot state.
3. Press ink before turn off the machine, print status diagram, must be the same as the state of the morning start, taking photos and uploading (must clear) if the situation in time contact with the technical department of Dacen;
4. After turning off, cover with shading cloth and put the silver white side out.
B. Weekly maintenance
Note: regular maintenance of this printer once a week can maintain the accuracy and longevity of the machine.
1. The external surface of the cleaning machine, the platform;
2. Clean up the waste ink;
3. Clean X guideway rail, and oil the rail. (can use needle cart oil, sewing machine oil)
４．．The filter must be changed once a week (if not replaced for a long time, the ink on the screen will splash onto the surface of the material and affect the printing effect).
C.monthly maintenance
1. ；Regular check the UV refrigerant's antifreeze liquid to the standard liquid location every month.
2. 。Confirm that the water level of the constant temperature water tank of the print head is up to standard and replace the antifreeze fluid of the heating box (distilled water can also be used in summer).
