1. Check the printed material. Different materials will be due to ink absorption in different ways lead to stripes or drawing phenomenon.
2. Clean / smooth ink cartridges. Press the "Clean" button to perform more than two cleaning cycles to clear the jam in the cartridge.
3. Replace the ink cartridge. If the cleaning process does not solve the problem, try using other cartridge.
4. Check if the printhead is blocked. After the printhead is completely cleaned, soak for 1-2 days. If this condition is still happen, the printhead is blocked and the new UV printer nozzle needs to be replaced.
