How to solve the self-flow phenomenon of UV printer ink?

   1. How to solve the self-flow phenomenon of UV printer ink?

1, UV printer external ink cartridge is placed high

If the external ink cartridge of the UV printer is placed 50mm higher than the horizontal plane of the nozzle, the ink in the ink pipe will flow by itself due to gravity and flow out from the nozzle. The higher the external ink cartridge is placed, the faster the ink flow. UV printer nozzles will also suffer from ink leakage, disconnection, and color crossover due to high ink pressure. If the height of the external ink cartridge of the UV printer is 30-50mm higher than the level of the nozzle, although there will be no self-flow phenomenon, the nozzle of the UV printer will also bear the static pressure of the ink, which will also cause disconnection and color crossover.

   2. The external ink cartridge of the UV printer is placed low

If the external ink cartridge of the UV printer is placed 300mm lower than the level of the nozzle, the ink in the ink delivery line will return to the external ink cartridge, and the air will flow back into the ink cartridge from the nozzle with the ink, and it is an external ink cartridge of the UV printer. The lower it is placed, the faster the air will enter, and the phenomenon of disconnection, backflow, and cross-color will occur.

  3. The self-flowing phenomenon of UV printers should first consider whether the built-in ink cartridges have increased ink.

If the built-in ink cartridge of the UV printer is filled with too much ink, there is no air in it, and there is no siphon breakpoint, the ink delivery tube and the secondary ink cartridge are connected as a whole, even if the external ink cartridge of the UV printer and the secondary ink cartridge are in the same horizontal position, It will also cause the ink to flow slowly, and there will be disconnection and ink leakage
