1.what about maintenance of the printer?
we suggest to power on the printer once a day. If you don't use the printer more than 3 days, please clean the print head with cleaning liquid and put it in the protective cartridges in the printer (protective cartridges are specially used for protect print head)
2.What about the warranty?
Our factory provide one year warranty: any parts (except print head, ink pump and ink cartridges) with problems under normal using, will be replaced another new one within one year. Beyond one year, only charge at cost.
3. What is Warranty Policy?
We provide 365days warranty . during warranty period if any part is faulty, our company will replace corresponding parts for free and help you to change the faulty parts.
