The printed effect of UV flatbed printer is poor
Failure phenomenon: blurred picture, color coverage is incorrect
Cause analysis: the car height is improper, the distance between nozzle and material is too far ,which lead to the inexact,strong airflow influence the ink-jet point accuracy, the material ink absorption ability is bad, the nozzle is not calibrated well
Solution: adjust the height to the appropriate height, fan or air conditioner can't directly blow to the working area, avoid strong air flow in the work place, change the material, recalibrate the print head.
