Along with the prevalence of UV printers in the glass and tile industry, more and more customers rely on UV printers to create new opportunities. But we sometimes find that printing of glass and tiles will appear skin, ink off. What is the specific cause of this phenomenon? DACEN introduce it for everyone.
1. Ink chemical reaction is not complete. As a result of a long time placed in the wet air, the ink is oxidized to produce a chemical reaction, causing the ink on the glass and tiles fall off and peeling.
2. The characteristics of glass and tile itself. When the air humidity exceeds 65%, the moisture will make the glass tile surface wet, if not dry printing, then the printed pattern because of moisture barriers, resulting in poor ink adhesion, causing ink fall off and peeling phenomenon.
